We are experiencing widespread issues with the Mitel service. This is currently affecting multiple customers. We have raised the issue with Mitel and it is currently under investigation.

January 19th, 2017
There is currently a wide spread power outage affecting much of the Telford area. The estimated restore time by the power company is 13:45.
We are running on generators and no services are affected, but services should be deemed at risk until power is restored.
December 13th, 2016
On Tuesday 20th December 2016, between 22:00 and 23:00, we will be upgrading the Watchguard firewalls which protect parts of our shared hosting platform - including Hosted Exchange and Shared Website Hosting, and customer virtual servers using the Shared Firewall.
We have two firewalls to replace, and they are carefully configured so that either one can take over the workload and keep all services available - as a protection against device failure - but as an added benefit we can replace one at a time with little disruption.
We anticipate some minor service interruptions, lasting a few seconds each, as we make the changes and test the replacements.

We apologise for the service interruption you have been experiencing with our London DC environments and want to provide you with the latest information on the situation.
Services are now fully restored and stable
Summary of Issue
Initial diagnoses indicates that an internet facing issue caused core routers in the London DC to fail.
An RFO will follow when a full investigation into the outage has been concluded. We will aim for this to be within the next 5 working days.

There is a system wide issue across the whole UCaaS platform. Engineers are currently working on this. Further updates will be posted as soon as they are available.

We are currently experiencing a fault on our main telephone line. If you wish to contact us please call on our alternate number, 0161 920 6100, or email us.
UPDATE: This was permanently resolved as of 6.30am this morning and all services resolved.

Due to a potential fault that has been identified on a UPS in Data Centre 1 there is maintenance planned for 11am on 28-07-2016 for 1 hour. This maintenance should be non service impacting as during this time the UPS will be set into bypass mode and the Data Centre will run on generator power to ensure no disruption to services. If you require any further information please contact us.

Customers with Daisy Broadband lines may be affected this morning as BT have suffered a major incident. From BT:
“We’re sorry that some BT and Plusnet customers are experiencing problems accessing some internet services this morning.” a spokesman said. “This is due to power issues at one of our internet peering partners’ sites in London. Engineers are working to fix things as fast as possible.”
Once we have further information we will keep you updated.

We are aware of routing issues between certain providers this morning which is resulting in some networks not being able to reliably route to some of our IP networks. We are investigating.
March 8th, 2016
On the 15th March between 0800 and 1100 there will be interruptions to the supply into DC2 at Telford. We will be running on generator throughout this period and will only return to grid once confirmed the maintenance is complete. There will be no interruption to service but DC2 should be considered at risk during this window. DC1 and Comms room in Telford is unaffected.
